Arm
The Brief
Launching iSIM with Standout Visual Storytelling
Sectors: Campaigns | Promotional

An Overview
When Arm approached our videographer agency, they were preparing to launch one of their most ambitious products to date: Arm Kigen iSIM. Their request was clear but challenging. They wanted a video that would not only highlight the strengths of iSIM but also communicate trustworthiness, authority, and innovation to decision makers across the industry.
As one of the pioneers of integrated SIM technology, Arm needed to demonstrate why they were the partner of choice for any iSIM project. However, because this was a highly technical subject, the usual approach of a corporate explainer video would not be enough. The video had to be bold, visually striking, and capable of inspiring confidence in Arm’s position as a global leader.
Our Approach
Balancing creative visuals with authority and clarity.
From the very beginning, we knew that the film had to feel different. A standard “talking head” format would not do justice to a product that is reshaping the future of connectivity. Instead, we set out to combine cinematic techniques with clear and compelling storytelling, creating a launch video that was as innovative as the technology itself.
First, we considered how to visually represent the invisible world of iSIM. We chose to use a probe lens, which allowed us to capture extreme close-ups of circuit boards. By filming in this way, we were able to transform tiny components into landscapes that resembled futuristic cities. This creative choice gave viewers an entirely new perspective on technology—one that was both awe-inspiring and memorable.
Next, we turned our attention to the interviews. Rather than filming experts against a standard backdrop, we designed a studio environment constructed with abstract shapes and projected imagery. These projections echoed the themes of connectivity and integration at the heart of iSIM, ensuring the visuals reinforced the message. By doing so, we elevated the authority of Arm’s spokespeople, making them not just credible voices but part of the visual story itself.
Finally, we tied everything together with bespoke animation and sound effects. The custom animations clarified key technical points, while the subtle SFX created rhythm and flow, ensuring that the final edit felt polished, engaging, and forward-thinking. Every decision, from lighting to sound design, was carefully crafted to match Arm’s reputation for cutting-edge innovation..

“The combination of cinematic imagery, authoritative interviews, and integrated animation was clear, compelling, and impossible to ignore.”
The Results
Apple announces that they would be exclusively using Arm technology in their products
The finished film was far more than just a product launch video. It was a powerful piece of visual communication that positioned Arm Kigen as a pioneer in the field of iSIM. The combination of cinematic imagery, authoritative interviews, and carefully integrated animation created a narrative that was clear, compelling, and impossible to ignore.
Arm used the video to support their product launch, reinforcing their status as the most trusted supplier for integrated SIM solutions. The feedback confirmed that the video achieved exactly what was needed: it captured attention, built confidence, and showcased Arm’s leadership in a highly competitive market.
The timing of the launch proved particularly significant. Shortly afterwards, Apple announced that they would be exclusively using Arm technology in their products. This global recognition only reinforced the importance of presenting Arm as an industry leader at the right moment. Our film played a part in laying that foundation.

Behind the Scenes
BTS, of sorts.
Of course, part of being a creative videographer agency is embracing experimentation on set. While the probe lens was chosen for its ability to transform small-scale technology into vast and dramatic visuals, it also inspired plenty of light-hearted moments. The team couldn’t resist testing just how close we could get the lens to each other—resulting in shots of mouths, ears, and noses that were as entertaining as they were unusual.
These behind-the-scenes experiments were so fun that we edited them into a playful bonus video, showing the lighter side of production and reminding clients that innovation can go hand-in-hand with enjoyment. 👉 Watch the BTS video here
This project demonstrates the true value of working with a videographer agency that combines technical expertise with creativity. By refusing to settle for standard corporate visuals, we were able to deliver a launch film that felt cinematic, authoritative, and completely aligned with Arm’s pioneering brand.
